The Polishing Process
Metal bonded diamonds remove the existing epoxy coatings, surface stains, and blemishes. Diamond grinding pads remove the porous surface of the concrete. FGS Hardener Plus is applied to the concrete to seal & strengthen the surface. Resin bonded diamonds are used to polish the concrete in stages; each stage leaves the concrete surface smoother and more refined. An ultra fine diamond pad brings the concrete to a beautiful, durable luster.

Epoxy Coatings
Epoxy coatings combine the durability and protection of a pigmented epoxy base coat with the beauty of decorative vinyl chips. It is an often used economical replacement for vinyl tile or linoleum floors as it provides a completely seamless surface with much better wear characteristics and with minimum maintenance (no waxing required). An epoxy coating may consist of a two step application or as many as eight.
